Keyword rankings change a lot faster than they used to. If your client's site moves down 5 positions, you need to be the first to know when it happened. So, let’s see together how to get online rankings on demand in 5 easy steps:
1. Add your website and keywords to AWR
Once you sign up for AWR, you can add your website and the targeted keywords manually, by clicking on the “Add new project” button in the Home app screen, or you can import your historical rankings from a CSV file from the User Menu -> Import Rankings option.
When you manage a large number of keywords, it’s best to also use the new keyword groups in order to tag your terms according to relevant criteria. To do this, navigate to the Settings -> Keywords menu and select the keywords you want to group. Then click on the “Manage” button and assign the selected terms to a new group.
You will further be able to use the keyword groups in the ranking reports in order to filter your data accordingly.
2. Start the keyword rankings update
Now that everything is setup up in your AWR project, fresh rankings are just a few clicks away. Simply navigate to the Home screen and choose the new "Update now" to start the on-demand rankings update. This will open a new dialog, where you can choose your update preferences:
Here, choose the 1 Hour option and let AWR do all the hard work for you.
3. See the newly gathered data in beautiful reports
Once the fresh data is gathered, you will be able to see your keyword positions in the Rankings menu, with comprehensive, interactive reports that allow you to:
compare your keyword rankings with those of your competitors, side-by-side, on different search engines, in the Website Overview:
compare your ranking positions to the search volumes and competition values for the keywords that matter most, in the Keyword Ranking view:
learn who your competitors are for each keyword, in the Ranking - Top Sites view:
AWR also has a neat feature that allows you to see how the actual ranking results looked like when we fetched them from the search engine. This allows you to see the differences between personalized and non-personalized results and whether you need to use a local search engine to get the correct results.
To get all this info, just click on the "View SERP" button in the Top Sites view.
4. Show your progress to clients
Now it’s time to show your business results and prove your worth to your client! This is very easy to do with AWR's Live Reports. Just choose a ranking SEO report from the predefined templates, or create one from scratch, with the exact columns and charts you wish to show clients.
Once the report is set, you can give your customers direct access to the report, without any login required, through AWR's Share Link functionality.
5. “Wow” your clients with branded reports

How? Very easy :). By enabling the whitelabel mode from the Profile > Whitelabel menu.
