Summer's last waves brought new cool stuff to the AWR shore: AI Overviews reporting and usability improvements for table URLs.
So let’s get right into it – use the sidebar on the right to jump to a particular update.
AI Overviews Reporting
Our tracking system was updated to detect AIOs as soon as they appeared in personalized searches within the US market. Now, with Google's expansion of AIOs to non-personalized searches across the US, this change is reflected in AWR, as well, providing you with valuable insights into how these AI-generated summaries impact your keyword rankings.
By examining your Keywords Ranking report, you can easily identify keywords where AIOs appear and assess their potential influence on your search visibility. To pinpoint specific keywords affected by AIOs, simply use the SERP Features filter, which allows you to isolate search results that include these AI-generated summaries.
UX Improvements for Table URLs
The navigation between the expandable URLs in table sections for the Ranking-Keyword Distribution and Competitive Intel-Market Share views just got easier!
If fewer than 10 URLs are available, the Next URLs button won't be displayed anymore, while when there are more than 10 URLs to display, you'll have two options to explore your data: Next 10 and Next 100.
And that’s pretty much it for August! :)
