What’s New at Advanced Web Ranking? (September 2024)
The leaves may be falling, but our innovation is on the rise. We're thrilled to introduce a fresh crop of updates to our platform, including close variants keywords automatic detection, Market Share based on Local search volume, and more.
So let’s get right into it – use the sidebar on the right to jump to a particular update.
Market Share Based on Local Search Volume
When monitoring your rankings on a local search engine, the Market Share formula will now use Local Search Volume (instead of the global country-level volume). This way, the Market Share metric, being based on local estimated visits, will provide a more accurate reflection of your performance across targeted regions.
Close Variants Keywords Automatic Detection
The Close Variants feature automatically groups similar keywords together, saving you time and effort. It looks for keywords within your AWR project that share similar search volume, intent, and SERP relevance.
You can find these grouped keywords under Close Variants in any view with a Keywords drop-down menu. Additionally, you can filter by Close Variants in the Ranking-Keywords and Ranking-Search Engines Comparison views.
'Pixel Position' in Bulk Exports
You can now include the Pixel Position metric in all of your FTP*, Google Drive**, and Looker Studio** exports.
*FTP exports are available starting with Enterprise monthly plans and all our yearly subscriptions.
**Google Drive and Looker Studio integrations are available for all types of Yearly plans and, for monthly subscriptions, starting with Agency and higher.
And that’s pretty much it for September! :)
