How to schedule and share PDF reports with clients

Learn how to easily set up scheduled reports for your dashboards and keep your clients informed about their website’s ranking evolution.

Your clients are eager to see how their rankings are evolving, and the best way to keep them in the loop is by sending them comprehensive reports that showcase their website’s ranking evolution.

Manually sending these reports can quickly become a tedious task, especially when managing multiple clients. That’s where report scheduling comes in handy, allowing you to automate report delivery directly to their inboxes at the perfect frequency. It’s a simple way to save time, streamline your workflow, and keep your clients consistently impressed with timely updates.

To schedule a PDF report for one of your dashboards, simply click the "Schedule" button, which can be found both in the Reporting > Dashboards section,

Next, give a name to your scheduler and choose the frequency that works best for you, along with the specific day for the report to be generated and delivered to your clients' inboxes.

If you want the scheduled reports to be generated and delivered according to the set schedule, keep the Scheduler status to the default "active" state. If you prefer to delay or pause the delivery, simply switch it to "stopped."
