I canceled after I've been billed, can I get a refund?

Find out if you're eligible for a refund after canceling your AWR subscription.

We allow you to cancel the account at any time. The AWR subscription is not subject to any contract or minimum period of payment.

However, like most SaaS subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for the remaining time. You will continue to have access to AWR up to the next bill date, at which time no further payment will be completed. Following this, the account will be disabled in due time.

As stated on our website, the AWR refund policy only involves charge reimbursement for requests placed within 30 days of the initial charge.

For instance, if the trial expired and the initial payment automatically took place without you wanting to continue using AWR, you can send us a refund request within 30 days.

If, however, you wish to terminate the account activity, you can request this or manually disable the account.
