Autumn's last month brings some pretty new updates to Advanced Web Ranking. We have Pixel Position alerts, bulk on-demand updates, new cool metrics, and more.

So let’s get right into it – use the sidebar on the right to jump to a particular update.

Pixel Position Alerts

Get notified whenever your pixel position changes by setting up this new alert type and react quickly to ranking fluctuations. This can be done either contextually, using the Pixel Position filter and clicking on the small notification icon next to the applied filter, or directly, from the Alerts menu.

You can set your alert triggers based on Pixel Position pre-defined groups ('Above the fold', 'Below the fold' and 'Out of display') and based on Pixel Position changes ('New in display', 'Dropped from display', 'Improved to ATF', 'Declined to ATF' and 'Not changed').

Bulk On-demand Updates

You can now trigger bulk on-demand updates for both rankings and difficulty metrics directly from the Projects screen. Simply select the projects you want to update, choose Run on demand, and customize the update frequency and details in the newly designed modal window.

New Keyword Ranking Metrics

Three new metrics are available in the Ranking-Keywords view. The Local Estimated Visits will offer more accurate traffic estimations if your business operates in specific markets. Meanwhile, Traffic Cost and Local Traffic Cost will help you understand the financial impact of organic and paid traffic.

'Latest Ranking Position' Difficulty Column

A new column (Latest Ranking Position) displays updated ranking positions in the Difficulty-Keywords view. This helps you filter keywords for which a Difficulty update is most relevant. You'll also see a real-time banner notification when an update is complete.

Looker Studio New Metric

You can now include the Estimated Visits column in all of Looker Studio* exports and forecast the maximum amount of traffic a keyword can generate for your website.

*Looker Studio integrations are available for all types of Yearly plans and, for monthly subscriptions, starting with Agency and higher.

Upgraded Keyword Rankings Table

The Ranking-Keywords table has been improved with some new options:

  • Keyboard controls: Use CTRL and SHIFT for easy row selection and Up/Down arrows to move rows. This makes managing large keyword lists a breeze.

  • Page jump: No more navigating through endless pages. Quickly jump to the specific page you need, like going directly to page 3.

  • URLs visualization: the 'Keywords and URLs' tab has been replaced with a cleaner "Show URLs" toggle for easy access.

And that’s pretty much it for November! :)
