Keywords with special characters are not displayed correctly

Learn wht the keywords with special characters are not displayed correctly in AWR.

Sometimes, keywords with special characters imported from csv are not displayed correctly in AWR. This usually happens when the source file is not UTF-8 encoded (e.g. you added the terms and saved the file from Microsoft Excel, which may be using a different default encoding).

To resolve the issue, you can use one of the following options:

change the encoding in the text editor you are using when saving the file;import your csv file to Google Sheets, and then download it again to your computer by using Download as:  comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet).

Once the file is saved correctly, you can proceed with importing again the keywords with special characters in AWR.
